I believe it is possible to access the mind through the body and that is how I view this practice.  

Yoga is a moving meditation, finding your flow, your rhythm, allied with your breathing and focusing your attention 100% on the present

Yoga is not just a super slow, deep breathing exercise designed just for Zen people.  

Quite the contrary, the practice of Yoga is also for people who are fast-paced and who are looking to concentrate, improve their focus and connect with the present.

 

All you need is your smartphone and yoga mat.
